You’re always welcome at Inverloch Bowling Club – whether your interest is in bowling or simply enjoying the club’s facilities and a relaxed environment.
Located on Anderson’s Inlet only five minutes’ walk from the centre of Inverloch our facilities include two synthetic all-weather greens, floodlights, modern club rooms and bar suitable for all forms of bowls and social functions.
The Inverloch Bowling Club was formed in 1960 and since that time it has established itself as an important part of the local community.
Today the Club has 250 members, and it provides an outlet for both locals and visitors to mix in a healthy outdoor environment. The Club fields seven mixed-gender Pennant teams for the competitively minded, it holds weekly social bowls on Thursday for those simply requiring a day out in the fresh air and barefoot bowls sessions for those wanting a roll-up with their friends.
Bowls is a game for all ages, free coaching is available, and we have loan bowls of all sizes to get you started.
As well as the bowls events the Club also holds regular social events including the popular fortnightly Friday night dinners which give residents and visitors an affordable night out in a friendly social environment.
Our facilities are available for hire for approved corporate or private functions and events.
In general, the Club Members are very Community minded and are always prepared to pitch in and help the less fortunate. Over the years the Club has raised thousands of dollars for bush fire victims, the local hospital, the Good Friday appeal, and many other worthy causes.
